Bridge to the Past

Price: $9,900
Dimensions: 16 x 26
Materials: Gold Leaf, Acrylic Paint, and Paint Pens on Wood Panel, Masonite and Plexiglass (3x surfaces)

This piece is an attempt to mend the past. Progress in life is difficult without addressing our past sins. The dominant emotion here is anger as evidence by the broken wood panel. That panel was then screwed together on plexiglass showing the utilitarian nature of our fixing. However, the gold leaf coating the edges of broken wood panel represent God, and His ability to make broken things beautiful and precious.
